Roxy, Just dropping a note that all is going well with the coach. I have used it pretty extensively since we purchased. I have used all of the appliances on the unit and it has worked well. I have registered the unit with American Coach and their customer service has been great. I was able to reprogram the keyless entry buttons with a new code. Still have not got the satellite system figured out yet. I think the previous owner may have removed more equipment than just the Direct TV or Dish receivers. Not a biggie since I do have an external satellite that I used this last weekend. Very happy with the purchase! Thanks, Ray

Dear Tom, Wow! What an incredible group of people you have working at your dealership! We purchased a super cute 2015 Thor Citation Sprinter from Roxy in May, and we had an awesome summer traveling across the country in it. We decided to sell it a few weeks ago, and to begin a search for a larger, Class A coach. We placed an ad on Craigslist to sell it, and we were planning to consign it with you if we didn't receive any interest. Long story short....Our coach was with your service department and when a lady we had spoken to called us after 5:00 PM a week ago, on a Saturday evening and wanted us to meet her in Arcadia on Sunday so she could see it. Obviously, we knew this was going to be a big challenge since we knew your dealership was closed on Sunday. Luckily, Jason Jones was still in his office after hours, after just returning home from Las Vegas, and his "can do" attitude was awesome! We knew we were asking a lot to gain access to the coach the next day, but we had a good feeling about the lady who was interested in the coach. Jason called Brian Yoder in your service department, and Brian called us immediately and offered to meet us Sunday morning 9:00 AM to open the gate for us to get the coach. Who does that these days?!!! Not only did Brian meet us, but he also jumped right in to fix a couple of minor issues we had before we took off! My husband and I have owned a total of three RVs including the last one we just purchased from Palm RV. Because of our circumstances, we were not able to come to your dealership in person but instead relied on Chris to help us purchase on line. I explained to Chris what we were looking for and she produced a few options she thought might work for us. I asked her a ton of questions, and she provided answers each time, even if she had to walk outside to physically check the camper. Prior to coming to Chris, I was trying to deal with a competitor, but they did not have a "Chris" and I got frustrated and looked elsewhere. I am so glad we found Palm RV. I had a few small things wrong with the Forester and so I dealt with your people in the shop. What a great group of people. Brian listened to my problems and when I picked up the unit after repairs he talked about each item. Daniel checked on tables for me. Later on he and Brian showed the tables installed in another unit on the lot. Seeing these tables erased any doubt I had and I purchased them. Giving me rides home required both Clayton and Eric to go beyond their normal quitting time. I very much enjoyed talking with them and I was very impressed with the empowerment they enjoyed at Palm. I want to take this opportunity to compliment Roxy Reed and the entire staff at Palm RV for their top notch service and wonderful attitude in helping me with my recent purchase of a 2002 Holiday Rambler Vacationeer. I used this RV in my recent relocation from South Florida to Central Texas. As I explained over the phone to Roxy, my salesperson, I needed a reliable RV to transport several pets and other valuables that I did not want to ship via traditional moving methods. I arrived at Palm RV late in the day after having been on a wild goose chase looking at another vehicle. Roxy met me with a gracious smile, a cold bottle of water and the golf cart they use to get around the very, very large selection of new and used RVs. We looked at three different models and I asked her point blank which one would she buy out of the group we looked at. “The Holiday Rambler Vacationeer - it’s the nicest of the bunch, it runs really well and I’m pretty sure you’ll be very pleased if you decide to re-sell it once you get to Texas.” After a 24 hour, 1,280 mile western migration I can uncategorically state that everything was exactly as presented. Roxy and the staff went way over and above the call of duty to resolve the very few issues I had with the RV before we hit the road. The vehicle performed exactly as I had expected and it made the relocation a much easier process. Terry, I would like to say Thank You! We are so happy with our Evergreen Reactor 29FS! I emailed Holly our insurance, DMV application and our licenses and we had a tag before he left the dealership! Driving home with a new trailer in the dark is scary. So again thank you and your wonderful team for going the EXTRA MILE!! I love that when I walk into the camper it doesn't have that overwhelming smell of ....not new car ... it just smells so good but not something that would make you sick. I love the colors so neutral goes with everything. Plenty of storage. I love the bathroom. We used to go with our friends in their camper and you couldn't even get dressed in the bathroom. When you used the toilet your knees would touch the walls...Yuck! This bathroom is awesome!!!Plenty of enough room to go to the bathroom but also get dressed!!! The bedroom is perfect for our needs. I love the storage under the bed!! Perfect to store a bedroom tv and all the extra stuff I am sure we will bring.. I really enjoyed Rob! If it wasn't for him and his knowledge we would have not bought the trailer. We have been toying (no pun intended) around with this idea for several years! If Rob didn't know his stuff and showed me all the things this trailer can do... We would have kept dreaming and not doing! Rob made us a doer!!! All the extras this trailer has to offer is just what we wanted. I truly would like to thank the whole staff at Palm Rv for making our dream a reality!!! We arrived back home on April 8. We just wanted to let you know that we enjoyed the Copper Canyon fifth-wheel we purchased from you. Jason sold it to us and he was super. Very patient and helpful. It was very nice to have the personal touch of the owner also. It isn't always that the owner is so hands on. Every time we stopped in we were greeted with a smile by everyone. Everyone we dealt with was very helpful and accommodating, from Jason to the finance department, front desk, and service department. We got back from our 5 week trip about a week and a half ago and we just wanted to check in with you once more. Five weeks, 14 states and a little over 6,000 miles and the coach ran great the whole time and that included going up and down some huge mountains, the highest pass was through the Rockies at 11,000 feet (I love the jake brake). While in Ft Collins, CO visiting friends it snowed 22 inches. The furnace ran great the whole time keeping the cat nice and warm in their driveway while we stayed in the house with our friends. We experienced some incredible things on our trip, among them was Carlsbad Caverns in NM; the red rocks of Sedona, A; the Ute Indian reservation; the ancient cliff dwellings of Mesa Verde, AZ; the world's largest, intact meteor crater where the astronauts trained before landing on the moon (very interesting and worth a visit by the way) in Winslow, AZ (Winslow is famous thanks to the old Eagles song .... "standing on the corner in Winslow Arizona"); the Rocky Mountains; Branson, MO; and two awesome experiences from my past military life. We visited Ft Wolters, TX where I first entered helicopter flight training (see photos) and the coup de grace was visiting Ft Benning, GA and the Infantry Museum. I attended basic training there and then returned for Infantry OCS, receiving my commission as a 2LT in the Infantry on March 13, 1967. I have always been proud of the fact that I led 40 infantrymen in the jungles and mountains during my first tour in Vietnam where I was an Infantry Rifle Platoon Leader at the ripe old age of 20. I was inducted into the Infantry OCS Hall of Fame back in 1993, but due to my military duties at the time, was unable to attend the ceremony and in fact, had never been back to Ft Benning since I was commissioned. The Infantry Museum is an incredibly beautiful building and the multitude of displays are as high tech as any recent movie, just incredible. When Sandy and I walked up to the very first exhibit (see photos) we were both in awe of the coveted Combat Infantry Badge (of which I am a proud recipient) and the Infantryman's Creed engraved on a huge marble slab. A docent approached us and asked what brought us there. When I told him I was commissioned there, was awarded the Combat Infantryman's Badge on my first Vietnam tour and that I had been inducted into the Hall of Fame he shook my hand and said "Welcome Home Sir, this is your museum, we welcome you to tour the exhibits and you will find your name inscribed on the marble panel on the 2nd floor". It was such an emotional moment that Sandy broke down in tears, which of course brought tears to my eyes and as I looked at the docent, I could see his eyes were tearing up also. That experience alone made the whole trip worthwhile. Anyway, just wanted to let you know the coach took good care of us and we are making arrangements with Classy Chassis in Lakeland to have the wood floor installed to replace the carpet. Thank You to you and your team for enabling us to get into our new hobby of motor-homing, we are already planning our next trip up north in August PS You told me by providing great customer service you hoped one day we would come back to trade up. I made the mistake of browsing your website and fell in love with the 2005 Encore Sportscoach that is listed as Sale Pending. That has all the additional things on our revised wish list (double living area slideouts and a bedroom slideout plus a dinette). Oh well, guess I'll keep looking from time to time.

We completed our initial three day camping trip to test out the MPG trailer that we purchased from Palm RV and Marine. It went pretty smooth and we are looking forward to future road trip adventures. As promised the trailer was easy to tow behind our Honda Ridgeline. Set up and breaking camp was easy as well, thanks to Clayton's helpful tips during our delivery check out. The TV did not receive any RF stations and I called Clayton who said that the antenna was newly replaced and it did work fine during our walk through. It may be a matter of location of the trailer where we camped. We will further test it on our end of June trip to Key Largo. The microwave worked well the first couple of times that we used it, but stopped cooking on day three. It was still entertaining to watch the turntable go round and round since we did not have TV to watch, and the clock still functions. Oh well I guess that's camping. We would like to thank you and the staff for the professional, yet very friendly, assistance that we received purchasing and taking ownership of our trailer. So why would we drive 4 hours, one way….not only once but twice….just to buy a travel trailer from Palm RV & Marine? Well, my husband and I are not new to camping. In fact, we've owned 5 travel trailers over the years but after being "trailer-less" for a while, and missing the fun and flexibility of travel and vacationing with our own little home on wheels, we'd started shopping around. Believe me, we spent many hours on the internet researching the possibilities, and days exploring miles of mega RV dealership lots. I've got to tell you, we were getting burned out. The last trailer we bought was such an awesome experience, but the salesman who made it so, was no longer in the business. Then about the time we thought we would have to settle for something, we heard from him. He said it would be a bit of a drive but assured us we needed to go see Tom at Palm RV & Marine. From our first conversation by phone, to the minute we drove onto the lot, we knew it was worth the drive. When someone loves their work and truly believes in their products it shows. Tom took such good care of us. He thoughtfully listened to us, personally showed us around and expertly guided us to the perfect choice. And it wasn't just Tom that totally blew us away…Everyone we met, in each department, were not only excellent at their jobs but seem to love being a part of the Palm family. (Ginah followed in her car for the 625 mile trip and is now an expert on identifying a Dutchmen 816QB from the rear.) We want the staff at Palm RV to know how wonderful you made our entire experience -- from the time we visited the Grand Opening looking for a trailer to BUY, to the exciting phone call that still seems surreal telling us we won the Grand Prize, and then capped off by the personal attention given to us when we picked up our new baby last Friday. All of the staff made us feel like family to the point that we feel Holly, Ken, Clayton, Hutch, Sheila, Tom and Anne are all long-time friends. (My apologies for those whose names are omitted although we know your faces.) Hey, even Captain Bob, a customer and fellow winner, is on our list of helpful folks met at Palm RV. Speaking of helpful, my novice trailering status caused me to call on some you Tuesday and Wednesday. Thanks for the courteous and helpful instructions via phone. Ken had to bear with me as I tried to explain components not in my common vocabulary -- but getting there -- and we were able to diagnose the problem and implement the solution. Clayton's follow-up call further solidified my understanding and my appreciation for the attitude that all of you genuinely display. Again, Ginah and I are grateful to all of you. Our biggest hope is that Tom has forgotten a couple of my emails -- but for the benefit of the rest of you, here's what he needs to forget. On March 14 Ginah and I went onto Palm's website and spotted the Dutchmen listed for sale. Our email to Tom said: "Attached is a .pdf of [a Dutchmen] you have in stock -- a used one but a 2014, which has me....interested...' Tom called us and said the Dutchmen was going to be the Grand Prize gisft at your Grand Opening and invited us to come down. This Customer, Mr. Shaw, wrote this letter to Lance Camper Manufacturing Corporation. Dear Mr. Means, Initially let me thank you for responding to my request for warranty service on my new 2014 LANCE 850. My call to you was made at the recommendation of the service department at Lazydays in Seffner, FL which was uninterested in dealing with my minor plumbing problem. After speaking with Lance, the only other location offered was somewhere in Kissimmee, FL even farther away from Naples, FL. where we live during the winter season. Scheduling this service would have required more than a 300 mile trip for me say nothing about down time as we prepare to leave for our home in Massachusetts. However what often starts out as a problem sometimes turns into a positive and an opportunity. Let me explain. The problem was a 1/2 in. PCV nipple that broke off going into the cold water feed into the hot water heater. A friend and neighbor at Crystal Lake RV Resort who is a retired mechanical engineer quickly identified the problem and using a combination of brass fittings and PEX tubing repaired the break within 2 hours with parts he had in his tool shed. Equally important, he said that to have replaced the actual broken part with the same nipple, it would just be a question of time before it would have broken again. The problem is the PCV drain pipe from the sink runs too close to the inlet of the hot water tank and does not allow enough margin for flexibility with reasonable turning and twisting in a truck bed; something for your engineers to reconsider in the manufacturing process. In all honesty, this problem ended up being an easy fix, however, others in the future may require a lot more work requiring certified RV technicians. With that thought in mind and since you indicated that Lance had no service points to recommend in Southwestern Florida, I would strongly recommend to you Palm RV Sales and Service in Fort Myers. Its owner, Tom Wegge, and his family have over 50 years of RV sales and service experience with certified technicians. I rarely make recommendations without personally observing their operational procedures. This has been done and I can say without hesitation Lance Corporation would be well served having a service point that your customers and owners can count on for: (a) quality workmanship, (b) personal customer contact, (c) strong relationships with manufacturers. Customer service and satisfaction is the hallmark of their operation and it is preached weekly to all employees. The Wegge tradition of excellence started originally by Tom's father Russell in Burlington, WI, now retired, and where his other son Tim runs their large RV operation in Burlington. The Friday we had scheduled to come in and take a final look at the used Class A Motorhome we wanted to purchase, we changed our mind, and decided to purchase a new Fifth Wheel. We requested printed information on different policies that were available to purchase for used vehicles so we could do some research before purchasing, then as I mentioned before, we changed our minds, and she too had to switch gears fast. She worked very hard to get the best financing rate for us. I can understand why you trust her with this portion of your company. She is good!! Now for "Jason, the closer". He allowed me to kid around with him every time I came in or called. He was very patient in answering ALL the questions asked, and did all he could to keep me happy and interested. Dear Mr. Wegge (Tom), I hope you don't mind my writing an email to you instead of a letter on stationery. I traded a unit in for your 2012 Tiffin Allegro. It's interesting how this came about. I had brought my older unit into the service department for work. I actually was planning on taking it on a trip. I called early on a Saturday and spoke with Sheila. I said I was needing the RV for a trip and is there any way I could have it fixed (step motor) quickly. She said if you get it here before noon, they could look at it Monday morning. Believe me, I raced to the storage site and drove to Palm RV as fast as I could. I am not used to anyone telling me they could take it that quickly. Monday morning Ken Ware called me at 9 AM and said it was ready. I about flipped. I'm used to waiting for weeks. I gladly drove over and paid them and thanked them for being so prompt. They asked about me trading in or buying a new one. I said my wife wanted me to sell it. I tell Ken and Sheila there were only two brands I would even consider for trading/purchase; a Tiffin or a Newmar. A week or two went by and Ms. Laura Jahnke called me saying that she had a Tiffin Allegro in the size I wanted. Well, one thing let to another and I ended up trading my unit. I've owned 5 RVs and this has been by far the most pleasant and smoothest purchase I've made. Your dealership has got to have the nicest most courteous staff I've ever met! Laura has been a super trooper and answered all my questions/comments (I've probably been a real bother to her). She went above board on the pickup day, gave me the "Red Carpet" treatment and surprised me with beautiful baskets on the dinette table and a lovely card. Because my wife wasn't with me at the time, I photographed the display to show her. What a "salesperson." I've never received that from any of my other dealers! Holly Mulicka was also very kind, even though we decided not to select her plan. I'm sure she put extra work into the quotes and estimates and had every reason to feel unfriendly towards us but she still maintained her courteousness. Whenever we enter the premises, Jason Jones (JJ - Sales Mgr.) has always been there at the door and greeted us personally when we stepped in. He is fully committed to making new friends and keeping them. Ken Ware has been extremely punctual about calling back and letting us know what was going on with our unit. He has been super to work with and I would like to thank him and Sheila for helping me out. I wrote a few words about Anthony after our walk through on the comment sheet & gave it to them. Anthony took the time to explain everything thoroughly and answer my questions. I didn't feel rushed and left knowing that I could ask questions later whenever I needed further explanation.
